MY STORY

I graduated college with a focus on computer systems.  I started as a programmer, became an analyst, and now I am a project manager.  The skills needed in each of these jobs are similar to what you need for real estate:

  • Programmer:  The ability to break down a large complex problem into smaller more easily digestible problems.
  • Analyst:  The ability to extract and organize requirements from your client, and then guide your client through the process of satisfying those requirements to the best of your abilities.
  • Project Manager:  The ability to manage several different processes that support one common goal.  The ability to achieve results through others, and the ability to help make decisions and prioritize based upon the larger goals of your client.

The key theme in all three of these, and what has been the focus of my 9 years of business experience, is that it is all about the client's needs.  I know for most folks, purchasing or selling their home is a huge decision.  There are a lot of real estate agents out there, but not all of them understand that the client is the most important piece to any deal and the most important part of their business.  The love of real estate and the realization that some professionals had lost sight of their client's importance, are the two reasons that I became a real estate agent.  Let me be your real estate agent and show you how important each and every one of my clients are.
